Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on all painting projects. If anything doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll make it right.

How long will my project take?

Timelines vary based on project size, weather (for exterior work), and scheduling, but most residential projects take three days. We’ll give you a clear timeline before work begins and keep you updated throughout the process.

Do I need to be home during the project?

You don’t have to be home the entire time. Many clients provide access arrangements. We prioritize communication and respect for your property so you always know who is onsite and when.

What kind of prep work is included?

Standard prep includes minor patching, sanding, caulking, and cleaning surfaces as needed for a long-lasting finish. If your project requires additional repairs, we’ll outline that in your estimate.

Do you handle cleanup?

Absolutely. Our teams leave your home or business clean and orderly at the end of each day and fully cleaned up when the project is complete.

How do I schedule a project?

You can request an estimate directly through our website or by contacting us. Once approved, we’ll schedule your project, coordinate contractors, and manage every step from prep to final walkthrough.

Can you help with color selection?

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We are fully licensed and insured for your protection and peace of mind.

Do I need to move furniture or items before you arrive?

We ask that all furniture and large items be moved prior to our arrival. 

What type of paint is best for my project?

This depends on the surface, location, and wear. We’ll recommend the best product for durability, appearance, and value.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Any additional work must be approved by you in writing before proceeding.

How long does exterior paint last?

With proper prep and quality paint, exterior finishes typically last 5–10 years depending on exposure and conditions.

Do you power wash before exterior painting?

Yes. Power washing is usually included to ensure proper paint adhesion.

Do you donate a portion of your sales to mission organizations?

Yes. Mission Painting donates a portion of our proceeds from every completed project to support mission organizations. Giving back is part of our mission, and your project helps make that possible. Donations are made from company proceeds and do not affect project pricing.
