Exterior Home Painting Project — Full Refresh & Modern Curb Appeal
The original color on this Clive home had faded over time, and some pieces had never been painted at all. The March 2026 quote listed them: 16 trim pieces across the second story on the front, 6 trim pieces on the south side and 3 pieces of siding on the east side.
The quote also included a third garage door and its trim, painted to match the other two, and the gutters in the house color.
Fresh paint rarely blends in perfectly next to paint that has faded for years, which is why the quote also priced a power wash and a full repaint of the house, gutters, garage doors and shutters. We finished the exterior paint job in April 2026 with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint.
